These terms govern your engagement with The SEO Kid. Please read before purchasing.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and The SEO Kid ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The SEO KidThe SEO Kid provides digital marketing services including SEO management, technical SEO, content marketing, link building, PPC management, and SEO mentorship. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are involved.
The scope of each engagement is defined by the service or package selected at purchase. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.
All prices are in US Dollars. Our fees are flat rates. For PPC management clients, advertising media spend is billed directly by Google or Bing to your payment method and is not included in our management fee.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the same calendar day each month. Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
If payment fails, we notify you within 2 business days. Services may be suspended if payment remains outstanding for 10 calendar days. Services suspended for more than 30 days of non-payment may be terminated.
All retainer services require a minimum three (3) month commitment. One-time services (Technical SEO Sprint, individual add-ons) have no minimum.
After the minimum period, either party may terminate with thirty (30) calendar days written notice. Services and billing continue through the notice period.
Terminating during the minimum commitment period does not relieve payment obligations for the remaining minimum term.
Upon full payment, all content, reports, and documentation specifically created for your engagement become your property.
Our methodologies, processes, tools, and frameworks remain our exclusive property and are not transferred to the Client.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engines operate independently and change frequently.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Wright County, Minnesota, under AAA rules.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
