Monthly retainer

Paid search managed at a flat fee. Your budget goes to Google.

We manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns at a fixed monthly rate. No percentage of media spend, no markup on what you send to the platforms. Our fee is the same whether your budget is $1,000 or $20,000 per month.

What is included

Delivery: New accounts or rebuilds live within 7-10 business days. Monthly reports in week 1 of each month.

Not right for you if: Media spend is billed by Google directly to your payment method. Our fee covers management only. Social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is not included in this service.

Why the fee model matters

Most PPC agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend - typically 10 to 20 percent per month. This creates a misalignment: they earn more when you spend more, whether or not increased spending is producing proportionally better results. We charge a flat fee. Our income does not change based on your media budget. Our incentive is performance, not spend volume.

When we recommend increasing your budget, it is because the data shows campaigns are performing efficiently and additional spend would produce additional returns. Not because it increases our invoice.

Account structure: why it matters more than most clients realise

Most underperforming Google Ads accounts have the same root problem: structure. Campaigns that mix multiple intent levels, ad groups too broad to optimise against, keyword match types chosen without strategy. These structural problems make it nearly impossible to adjust bids intelligently or to understand what is working.

The first thing we do with any inherited account is rebuild the structure. This typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and produces the first meaningful performance improvements. From then, ongoing optimisation actually works because we can isolate variables and measure the impact of changes.

Quality Score and cost reduction

Quality Score is Google's assessment of how well your ads and landing pages match the intent of the keywords you are bidding on. Higher scores produce lower costs per click for the same position. A campaign running at a Quality Score of 4 might pay $3.80 per click for a position that a campaign at score 8 pays $1.90 for. Improving Quality Score is a direct cost reduction that compounds across the life of your account.

Questions about this service

We typically recommend at least $1,000/mo in media spend to generate meaningful data for optimisation. Lower budgets work in very specific niches with high-value conversions, but take longer to optimise.

This service covers Google Ads and Bing Ads. Social platform advertising can be scoped separately if needed - contact us directly for that conversation.
