The Content Machine produces five long-form articles per month. Every piece starts with keyword research, not topic ideas. We write what people are searching for, not what we think sounds interesting.
Delivery: Briefs in week 1. Drafts in week 3. Published or delivered by end of month.
Most content marketing programmes fail because they confuse activity with strategy. Publishing twice a week on topics that sound relevant to the business but have no research foundation produces articles that rank for nothing and attract nobody. The problem is not the writing quality. It is the starting point. You cannot produce content that ranks without knowing what people are actually searching for.
Every piece we produce begins with search data. What are people querying in your category? What questions do they have? What comparison searches exist? What intent does the searcher have when they use specific phrases? This research determines the content plan. The plan determines the briefs. The briefs determine the articles. We are not writing what sounds interesting. We are writing what has demonstrated demand.
We produce a detailed brief for every article before a word of the article is written. The brief specifies the primary keyword, secondary keywords, the target reader and their specific question, the content structure, the length and format, and the sources we expect the writer to consult. A good brief means the writer does not guess and the result is consistent with the strategy.
You have the option to review briefs before articles are written. Some clients want to stay close to every topic. Others trust us to execute and review only at the draft stage. We adapt to your preference.
Every article is optimised before it goes live. Title tag, meta description, header hierarchy, image alt text, internal links to and from the article, and schema where appropriate. We do not deliver raw drafts and consider the job done. The optimisation is part of the service.
Yes. We publish directly to WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow with appropriate access. For other platforms we deliver as Google Docs with formatting specifications. Either works.
Yes. We welcome topic requests. We run them through our keyword research process to refine the angle and targeting, then incorporate them into the monthly plan.
