Month 1 of a Rank Acceleration engagement is heavier than ongoing months. We run a full technical audit, set up tracking infrastructure if it is not already in place, complete a competitive keyword analysis, and build the 90-day strategy we will execute against. By the end of month 1 you have a clear view of your search landscape and a plan for improving it.
From month 2 onward, the work shifts to execution and monitoring. We track your keyword positions weekly, identify pages that are close to ranking breaks and optimise them first, monitor your technical health for new issues, and build the monthly report connecting activity to outcomes. Nothing goes on autopilot - we are looking at your account actively every week.
On-page SEO is the part most agencies do once and consider done. We treat it as ongoing. Search results change, competitors publish new content, algorithm updates shift what Google values on a page. We review and update pages monthly, starting with the ones closest to ranking improvements and working systematically through your priority keyword set.
This includes title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, content depth, internal linking, and schema markup where relevant. For every change we make, we document why we made it and what we expected it to achieve. That documentation is yours to keep.
We do not just track the rankings you already have.
