Monthly retainer

Find every technical SEO problem. Fix them.

The Technical SEO Sprint is a one-time engagement: a deep manual audit of your site's technical foundations followed by direct implementation of the fixes. You receive a documented list of everything found and everything resolved.

What is included

Delivery: Sprint delivered within 10 to 14 business days. Includes written documentation of all findings and fixes. 30-day follow-up crawl included.

Not right for you if: This is a one-time fix, not ongoing monitoring. If your site has ongoing technical issues that require monthly attention, Rank Acceleration includes continuous technical health monitoring.

What we actually fix

The sprint covers the full range of technical SEO issues. Crawlability problems: pages blocked incorrectly by robots.txt, noindex tags applied in error, crawl traps created by filtered URL parameters. Indexation: pages that should be in Google's index but are not, duplicate content being indexed where it should not be, cannibalization between similar pages.

Core Web Vitals is a significant part of every sprint. We assess your Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, and Interaction to Next Paint scores at the URL level, identify the specific causes of poor scores, and implement the fixes directly where possible. For more complex performance issues requiring custom development, we produce specific developer briefs describing exactly what needs to change.

Schema and structured data

Schema markup tells search engines what your content means in a structured way. Implemented correctly, it can produce rich results in search - product ratings, FAQ accordions, event details, review stars - that improve click-through rates even without a ranking change. We implement the appropriate schema types for your site, validate every implementation, and document what was added and where.

What you receive at the end

The sprint deliverable is a written report in two sections. The first is an executive summary: the most serious issues we found, what we did about them, and the expected impact. The second is a full technical inventory of every issue categorised by severity, the action taken or recommended, and the rationale. This document belongs to you and is designed to be useful to any developer or future SEO provider you work with.

Questions about this service

Both. We implement everything we can with access to your site. Where changes require direct code modifications we cannot make ourselves, we produce detailed developer briefs specifying exactly what needs to change.

Google Search Console and Google Analytics read access. CMS access for on-site implementation. For e-commerce sites, we also need access to the product feed if applicable.
