This Delivery Policy explains how The SEO Kid delivers all services. All services are digital. No physical goods are provided.
The SEO KidEvery service is delivered electronically. Deliverables include written reports (PDF or Google Docs), content articles (Google Docs or direct CMS publication), technical documentation or implementation, campaign management in your advertising accounts, and monthly performance reports by email.

Within 1 hour of successful payment, you receive an automated Stripe confirmation with a payment receipt.
Within 1 business day, we send an onboarding questionnaire and instructions for granting account access. Most clients complete onboarding within 20 minutes.
Work begins within 3 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire and required account access. Delays in providing access shift the start date accordingly.
Reports: PDF by email or shared Google Docs. Content: Google Docs or direct CMS publication. Technical work: direct implementation with access, or documented developer briefs. Campaign management: ongoing activity in your accounts. Monthly reports: email in the first week of each calendar month.
We commit to stated timelines under normal conditions. Delivery may be delayed by late provision of access or information by the Client, force majeure events, or US federal holidays. Where delays are within our control, we notify you within 2 business days and provide a revised timeline.
