Our refund terms, explained plainly.
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by The SEO Kid. Because we provide professional digital services customised to each client, our refund terms reflect that reality. We encourage direct communication before initiating any refund request.
The SEO KidAll The SEO Kid services are digital professional services tailored to each engagement. Once work has commenced, the time and expertise invested cannot be recovered. Our refund policy distinguishes between situations before and after work begins.
If you have a quality or delivery concern, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly without a formal refund process.
If you cancel a one-time service before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. Work is considered to have begun once you receive our onboarding questionnaire or we have requested account access.
No refund is available for one-time services once work has commenced. If work is partially complete at cancellation, we may at our discretion offer a partial credit toward future services.
If we fail to deliver a one-time service within twice the stated timeline due to circumstances within our control, you may request a full refund.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period starts and work has been scheduled, no refund is available for that month's payment.
If dissatisfied with first month quality, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will work to resolve it. If unable to resolve to a reasonable standard, we may issue a partial credit at our discretion.
If you end a retainer during the 3-month minimum period, you remain responsible for all payments through the end of that period. No refund is available for the remaining minimum term.
If The SEO Kid fails to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control and cannot remedy within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a pro-rated refund for undelivered work.
Duplicate charges due to processing errors are refunded in full within 5 business days of confirmation.
Contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, refund and work with Stripe to resolve.
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns resolve quickly. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact and services were delivered as agreed, we may provide documentation to Stripe demonstrating delivery.
